BRYAN NAYLOR

EXECUTIVE CHEF

Chef Bryan Naylor, is native New Yorker, recently relocating to LKN. Born and raised on Long Island, he has worked solely in restaurants his whole life. As a 12 year old, his first job was a busboy in the legendary Villa Doria. Bryan would eventually go on to be the sous chef at Villa Doria after he graduated from the Culinary Arts Center at the New York Institute of Technology. The Villa was sold and Bryan took his tack to NYC, and the Hamptons. He had stints in Le Cirque, Gurney's of Montauk, and other NY institutions.

Naylor's first head chef position was a restaurant Called Aqua where he received 3 stars in the New York Times. The Southampton Inn a boutique Hotel in the world famous Southampton, recruited him to a three year stay, where he received acclaim from a celebrity and affluent clientele, receiving an Award of Excellence in 05' and following it up with a Best of Award of Excellence in 06' from Wine Spectator for the wine room that he curated at OSO the Inn's restaurant.

Now with Cambridge Hospitality Group, he says this is the opportunity he waited his whole career for. "I'm excited, all venues in the Cambridge Group portfolio offer the clients something different, I'm focused on Prime now, but Kats is next I already have big plans for it."
